Sushant in his interviews has also denied that he has received any film offer from Imtiaz Ali. Media reports, however, continue to claim he's doing Imtiaz's film.

He's doing only 2 films, YRF & Peekay right? hasn't signed anything new? hope those Mary Kom biopic rumors are false ... needs to concentrate on solo lead with good scripts & respectable banners ...

Yes Piya, in all his interviews he has maintained he is doing only two films right now. He may have signed more films but I guess he will wait for the concerned people to make the announcements, like he did for KPC, PK as well as for YRF.

Mary Kom story has been circulating ever since SLB visited Sushant's b'day. People had been wondering about it on twitter- long before the article even came out. Throwing arrows is not so difficult, you see. Not just the media anyone can do it.😆

Even I am happy he isn't doing Mary Kom.

Sushant Singh Rajput, who became a household name as Manav of Pavitra Rishta, quit the show at the peak of his TV career for Bollywood.

Many called it a foolish move but looks like the actor's lucky streak continues. In fact, there's a Hollywood film in the offing - Roaring Silence by Uzma Kang, who's been associated with Oscar winning films like The Fighter and has also worked on Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's critically acclaimed film Provoked.

The movie will focus on the cultural trauma that women face in Asian countries and a well-known Hollywood actress is being roped in to play the lead. When BT contacted Sushant he said, "Yes, I have been offered this film but I am yet to finalise the deal." Let's wait and watch if it's the west or a desi movie that becomes the launch pad for him.
