Just recently saw Ishaqzaade, what a powerful movie...compared to the others that Bollywood churns out nowadays.

Parineeti completely ate, chewed and spit out Arjun Kapoor. That girl was beyond fantastic as Zoya, she became Zoya Qureshi to the core. Its a shame 2012 was also the year for Sridevi, Priyanka and Vidya to have powerpacked performances of their otherwise any other year Parineeti wouldve been a strong contender for the Filmfare black lady.

The editing and screenplay was top notch, a fairly fast paced movie.

Arjun Kapoor has LOTs of room for improvement but easily the 2nd best debutant of last year, surpassing Varun Dhawan and Sid Malhotra by miles!

It was beautiful though, its better to be killed by the ones that love you for love than hatred.

Movie was okayish for me. Some parts were OTT in my opinion and the ending...well they could have done better. But agreed. Parineeti was fab. Arjun has to work harder. 😊

Last song of the movie, slow version of Ishaqzaade was such beautifully!

An extremely bad ass album, story, characters!

Parineeti will one day give tough competition to her bigger cousin.

The movie was decent, I liked it initially but now that I look back it wasn't as great as it was out to be..especially in regards to Parineeti's performance. Parineeti was good..but she wasn't phenomenal where she'd even deserve a nomination to be honest. I feel she needs to work on her dialogue delivery. Her dialogue delivery in Ishqzaade was sort of the same as it was in Ladies Vs Ricky Bahl..and her characters weren't all that similar though except for the fact they required her to be obnoxiously loud here & there.

Thus far, I don't see much of a difference between her and someone like Anushka (though I like Anushka a bit more)..she still has a long way to go.

The music was the best part..the story reminded me of Qayamat se Qayamat tak..and Arjun was okay.
