Excellent Post DB!

The only thing, single screens are mostly rented. So instead of a percentage, they are paid a fixed rent, regardless of what the ticket sales are. And not all multiplex chains have the 50-50 profit sharing deals. Only the 3 major chains because they are the big dogs and will refuse to play a film. The smaller multiplexes don't get close to those numbers.
