Its ok if we have a handful of such movies releasing in a year, but now-a-days every other movie is made on the same line. I mean where is the creativity? Film-maker has taken the audience for granted. They think "who needs a script, lets put some over the top action sequence, cheesy dialogues, raunchy item songs and pepper it with 3-4 jokes(which just makes u chuckle)" or "why to do so much hard work lets just take a ready-made movie from the south and bollywoodize it".

On one hand they speak about how they want to bring the Bollywood over the world map, make it famous all over world, make it par with Hollywood. Is this what they want to show the world. I have felt so much proud while reading review and comments praising the movie "3 idiots" by people of countries like China, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong(these people never watch bollywood movies). But now instead of being progressive its just regressing.

It is either that or films like Kaante , ZInda, Ek Ajnabee, and loads and loads and loads of films that lift stories and scenes direct from Hollywood. An I am not singling out Barfi cause I just gave 3 examples that were not Barfi. Before Masala was brought back the early part of this decade was flled with Hollywood copies.

So Bollywood copies from South , Hollywood and even Korean French chinese lol 😆 Atleast the South remakes are legal 😆

Movies are meant for entertainment, not for testing your I.Q level. If any stupid movie can entertain and gives you happiness then what's wrong to watch it with your own money.

I like masala films too...but I couldn't help but feel insulted when I watched Tees Maar Khan. Brainless comedies are actually fun to watch, as long as they are entertaining. If they aren't even that and just drone on, then I can't help but feel like a fool for watching them.
