SPECIAL CHABBIS Rock Solid On Monday

"Special Chabbis" started with some hiccups but exceptiona lword of mouth worked wonders for the film and film managed collections in excess of 26.75 cr nett.

Film grew with each passing day and today was the litmus test for the film. Film passed Monday test and was rock solid in all key centers except Bihar, CP and Nizam. Film dropped by 45% only.

As per early estimates, film should collect 3.75 cr nett on Monday which is just 45% drop from Friday. Film might collect a figure higher than this depending on night show occupancy. Film should touch 40 cr nett in week one.

But the problem is the release of two middle sized films next week and if "Special Chabbis" can score good 2nd weekend then film can aim for great figures. Otherwise 60 cr nett figure looks on the card and that will be below average.

this is the reason actors like salman,akshay,ajay hardly do good movies anymore 😭

ya the opening is below avg!!! coz the wom and reviews are very good expected a better performance!!!it will def earn less than OMG!!!

audience need to accept this kinda films!!! nehi to standard of hindi films wont go up!!!

Naah I dont think it'll earn less than OMG.. the weekend collections of it have been a lot better and the WOM is as positive as it was for OMG. So yeah, lets see :)

a very good 2nd weekend is needed it to cross 80cr!!!!

Watched this movie on Friday when it came out here in the U.S.

Simply enjoyed it!

It had good content and the right amount of comedy.

Akshay Kumar, Manoj Bajpai, and Anumpam Kher: such natural actors! Even the supporting actors were equally superb.

After the type of movies Akshay has been coming out with lately (read Rowdy Rathode, Khiladi, Joker, etc.), this movie truly redeemed him in my eyes. So glad he was a part of this movie and he excelled in his portrayal of Ajju (and he also looked handsome!)

I liked the new girl in the movie too but she kind of had no substantial role. I think just to give it a bit of a commercial feel, they added a love story in it.

I really enjoyed it. Also because it was a clean movie after a long time to be able to watch with family. No explicit skin show or anything. Which was a definite plus!

Overall, really liked the movie.
