He's far ahead of his contemporaries...in terms of looks, acting, screen presence, versatality, popularity, choice of scripts everything...👏

Yes Ranbir Kapoor seems to be the only successful star and credible actor in Youngistan. Emraan Hashmi is successful but does not get respect (due to the kind of films he does). Imran Khan is just there due to his mamu. No pull at box office and no respect as an actor. Ranveer was hot after BBB but is nowadays more known for controversies than standing as a star or actor.

There's Hrithik who lies somewhere in between and does too few films. You can neither put him among the nearly 50 stars who've been around since 24 years. Nor you can call him young. I wish he dominates someday...he did have everything going for him.

Shahid...to be honest, I do not know if he has anything significant in his filmography except Kaminey and JWM. He's always been in limelight, has lot of fans but rarely did significant films.

Somewhere it's weak handling of career, so so film choices of younger actors due to which we still have to make do with budhaau stars playing heroes. It's equally bad that filmmakers seem more keen to cast an old man as college kid instead of approaching younger actors.

Ranbir is the only hope of Youngistan as of now. The way he's handled his career and image since last 2 years is impeccable.

RK is the best from the new gen

Arjun Kapoor seems to remind me of Abhishek Bachchan - similar features, height, same laidback screen presence and certain brooding look on face which seems to light up only when he smiles.

I maybe wrong...but Arjun may end up as next decade's Abhishek Bachchan (if his luck also bears resemblance to Abhi's in movies' fate).

Ranbir is over rated, I prefer Imran khan & emraan hashmi any day over him.
