Without Box Office Ranbir will fall in category of actors like Naseer Saab, Om Puri, which have tremendous Talent but lacks in Star Quality due to which they can't excel as Main HERO in Bollywood.

It will be Box Office which will keep Ranbir in Top 10 Actors list, or in future he will replace Khans if he could show some BO wonders.

I haven't denied his 100 cr movie Success of Barfi, i said it came from 1 segment of hall, which in today's time is survival thing, like it did for cocktail, ranbir's earlier movie WUS, those arty films which only critics love... so NO, he hasn't won every segment of audience which Superstars like KHANS have done from years.

This thread is in comparison to Khans only, who come next in Youngistan.

Emraan hashmi has not consistent record as he give 1 hit 1 flop, but still whichever HIT he gives is Universal HIT (plex +ss) which is must if u really wanna measure SUCCESS in today's time.

I ain't putting him there, this thread is about that & also if his fans can throw Barfi 100 cr in his defense than it has to be UNIVERSAL HIT film, just not a plex hit.

see radheji i am not an insecure fan so i have nothing to prove to nonfans...doesn't matter where money comes from as long as the movie is earning profits...that's all matters...

I ain't said 105 cr Barfi's earning is nothing, i told you the parameter on which SUCCESS is measured in which that Barfi lacks in huge way. So next time if his film is as much Universal HIT, will surely won't hesitate in appreciating him n accepting him as next superstar to even match n might replace Khans.

Why should Ranbir get an extra 5 years?

Hrithik was a phenomena with just 1 film. SRK, Baazigar and Darr started SRK's stardowm and that was only a year after he debuted.

So Hrithik n SRK achieved super-stardown within a couple years of being actors but Ranbir needs 10 years to achieve the same? Do you realize how sad that is 🤣

Sorry, Ranbir is highly overrated, he's not THAT great of an actor and he has no star power/value. He does not have a large fan base. Infact, i think Kareena has more star power than Ranbir or even Vidya Balan.

Ranbir can only be compared to the likes of Imran Khan and the rest. He is not worthy to be compared with the big stars. We all know its his last name working for him, eventually it will wear off.
