For all those who are unaware, Naseerudin Shah is one of the best ACTORS we ever will have on Indian cinema. An excellent actor of our times in the ART genre. Google him and watch his movies someday.

He was a VERY BIG part of GOOD MEANINGFUL cinema which probably doesn't exist in front of the 100 cr crap shows of today.

of course he can ! farhan akhtar started his career when he almost reached his middle age. his films have been panned too - Don and Don2 what were those. Naseer's work is full of gems. he has always represented qualititative cinema. and every time he would need money, he would switch to commercial roles to get success like mohra, tridev TDP. his all commercial stuff sucks. what's the big deal he balanced it out really well. i am a fan of his many films that represent the best of indian cinema.

Yes he had bashed Aamir Khan but in 90s. Apparently both of them did not get along at all during the making of Sarfarosh. Even Aamir Khan had said he didn't enjoy working with Naseer and hinted that he found Naseer unprofessional. On other hand, Naseer blasted Aamir's so called perfectionism and attempts at method acting.

Naseer had indirectly taken digs at Aamir in 2008 also when he was going all out discussing transformation in looks and giving hair cuts to fans. Naseer had laughed that today's actors really work hard, they shave their own heads and even fans' heads for a movie. He didn't name Aamir but it was obvious who he was talking about.

Naseer banned every single award also. There is NO award function - commercial or State sponsored, where you'll find this man.
