Pls consult any doctor to correct your misconception. Nose has just a thin layer of fatty tissue which does not get affected due to weight loss. Infact if you lose weight from your face then the nose should appear larger and not smaller..

I don't know what the big deal is bout plastic surgery...these actors need to look good and fit...its a part of their profession...so if someone gets it done to advance their careers...then why do others have problems...Its just like a B.Tech student ...wanting to do post graduation...so that he will get better job offers...How are these actors different from us.?

Hey nobody has a problem with Sonakshi doing any type of surgery or her face body anywhere. But when some members points out that this and this actresses are plastic and SOnakshi is a natural beauty then its normal to correct their misconception.
