No I was talking about JTHJ and why Katrina was picked. Yash Chopra wanted a new pair in the film. That's why Priyanka, Kareena were never even in the running. Vidya probably didn't fit their bill. So Katrina it was.

Yes I did. A SRK fan doesnt have much choice as he insists on working with A-lister women 20 years younger than him. So among such women her chemistry with SRK was the best. Acting wise too JTHJ was one her best performances. But acting-wise her benchmark is pretty low.

Yeh her comic timing is amazing!! She is really good in doing comedies! She cracked me up so bad in the singh is king scene when she thanks akshay for saving her!! 😆

Subdued here is key for a character that requires "underacting." ...In other words, a character where you could get away with less expressions and energy...and that's exactly what Meera was...hence they were helping her keeping her limitations in mind. Yet, Meera was also a character that needed emotional depth from the actress...with her eyes. They ignored that bit.

And she was subdued from the point she had to marry Arjun in Rajneeti...and that was epic fail 😆

NL is her only bearable performance till date for me, but that was years and years ago now.
