WTH??? All the trends were started by Amitabh Bachchan...Hero, Anti hero, Student, Family man , lover boy , angry young man, masala...u name it ...he has done it...Sab trends AB se shuru hote hain...and na jaane kitne lallu punju per khatm hote hain...100 saal puraani BW...aur 20 saal purane log trend shuru kar rahe hai??...baaki ke 80 years jo actors the wo ghaas khod rahe the??...and all this speculation because of one W*F statement given by the great KJo...😆

not a W*F statement but truth
We are not trying to overload Salman with praises but the fact coz of media HAHK was never as popular as DDLJ.

Not because of media...but because DDLJ was a much better movie than HAHK...although in my opinion both of them are overrated...but if u compare DDLJ was better..

If u ask people about an iconic pair they will name SRK-Kajol after Amitabh-Rekha...

Sorry than even Raj Kapoor, Dilip Kumar, Dev Anand, Rajesh Khanna did them way before Big B.
It's not about who did which genre first, it's about a trend that was started by one film and various films followed similar filming structure and genre. None of big bs romantic followed to romantic era. Nor family

If i said Khans started a trend, doesn't mean i am giving less credit to senior actors. Don't always mix things n assume yourself.

KHANS have broken the usual MASALA THEME which was going till 1988 when QSQT Came, later MPK in 1989. Both the movies were opposite of Movies which were coming at that time. They completely shattered the trend & 1st time people saw that much huge craze for 2 new young actors.

...I think the word isn't exactly "started" the trend...but rather that the Khans "brought that trend back and broke away from the trend of the time."
