absolutely agree

PC should have been given at least something- it was so unfair

if not the main actress award she at least deserved critics one or supporting one or a special one

Vidya was brilliant but this one PC deserved more imho

anushka for jthj! W*F! they could have given PC that if they were not considering as a lead actress.

I am disappointed with the choice of actresses!

my heart goes out to PC! it was clearly her best performance and apart from zee awards. none have given her a consideration here

also what a royal ignore to sri man! they could have given her something at least!

see, kahaani was all about vidya. from first scene to last scene.

pc was absolute brilliant. but her role was much shorter than vidyas.

but they should have given either best supporting to pc or critics award.

but who knows she might win for a national award.

as for sridevi, i guess the jury had to flip a coin and vidya won.

but kudos to all three ladies. see how much attention their performances are getting here. all three are awarded already.

I can see a very valid point in your post.
Strong possibility, else a lifetime performance of her like Barfi not even taken into consideration for best actress, or best actress critics, or supporting actress or even a special award, is something out of any sort of understanding in my honest opinion.

I think the reason PC didn't win is because everyone mostly consider's Barfi to be Ranbir's film.. You think of him first when it comes to the filmm.. PC as Jhilmil was equally good but a large portion of Barfi's success was Ranbir.. Whereas Kahaani was vidya balan.. She carried the film forward without a male hero and her film did better than Sridevi's..

I agree...it was highly competitive this year and someone had to lose I guess. I havent seen GOW to judge if Richa was better than PC or Sridevi. But yeah they could have atleast got some consolation prize..
