They have some hit films but in terms of quality I think UTV is the best. UTV always prefer to go for quality and versatility in their movies.

not really! Hits being a different thing-there movies were appreciated by the critics and masses before but now they are more or less trashed- take JTHJ for instance despite being a hit it lacked the YRF charm and was hugely trashed by almost all the critics and masses!

BOI wise maybe yes/will after casting all three Khans.

Content wise they've been below average at best for quite a while now.

err no...

its not like its producing some gobsmaking cinema or anything...their last "good" film was Band baaja baraat...THAT improved their position...i dunt think ETT, JTHJ or even D3 will do much...
they r playing it safe by casting the khans, a certain miss kaif and mundane scripts...no ones gonna give them much "respect" or "goodwill" for tht...now that yash ji is no more, if anything, the company is at a worse stage because its now solely in the hands of aditya chopra and uday chopra...
