Right before Heroine I watched Luck By Chance again.

Excel is such a classy production house and I love the Aktars.

The way Zoya handled and potrayed the industry was so layered, realistic and subtle.

Wish Zoya had directed a film like Heroine. Kareena would've had a trophy in her hand right now.

Instead she got stuck with Bhandarkar at his worst.

Zoya is def one of my fav directors this year along with Guar S (EV) director. These two women tell their stories/direct in a realistic way that they make you forget your watching a film with actors acting in them.

Taalash hands down!!..her role though small was integral to the story and held her own !! in heroine her role was cliched though there were layers and were she not in heroine that movie be a waste as it was a poor script and Kareena held it together..whereas in Taalash are character was mindblowing!,

I liked Kareena in both movies. But loved her more in Talaash, her character left a major impact. She was just too good as Rosie, very convincing...

I think her performance in talaash is very over-rated, so Kareena for her OTT performance in heroine

both were good...

she had to be theatrical in one, and subdued in another...i liked both tbh...maybe talaash a bit more because its harder to make such an impact with a rather passive role like tht...
