I heard that Shammi Kapoor and Saira Banu didn't get along because he was a bit loud when she didn't get her scenes right and she used to cry and vowed never to work with him but later on they made up.

But wow never thought of Shammi Kapoor and Mumtaz. My Dad told me that after Geeta died he was proper sad and it could show onscreen he was depressed...
