No he is not, IMO. The goat like tone you're talking about is what most people love about his voice, including myself. None of the Atif songs have ever let me down. Yes, some are my more favorite than others. Like Be Intehaan didnt exactly turn out to be my absolute favorite, but their are MANY others of his songs which i love. Mainly Kuch iss tarah, o rey piya nd Aadat <3
