it was a BB while devdas was just a hit maybe thats why 😕 but still devdas was the highest grosser of the year 😕

semi hits means 1 or 2 distributor lost money

hit means every connected with the film earned money!!!

Kaante was a big movie at that time...I remebered it coz I was quite small n my elder sis who was a teen back then was going gaga over it how a hollywood director applauded the movie as it bought a new technology to India n the movie came out a a surprise hit n She made the whole family watch it 😛 Even Sanjay Gupta in a recent interview told how unlucky he was to met with an accident n cudn't enjoy the huge success of Kante.

Hum tumhare hain sanam was a shocking hit 😆 I still remember spilling out cereals frm my mouth wen I saw the report in ETC...Evn wen I told my mom she couldn't believe it 😆.The release was quite delayed n I thought no1 will notice it but I guess the factor tht it had both Khans n madz 1st movie release after her wedding( i guess😕) n Ash cameo pulled the audience
P.s. I used to sing the song gale mein lal tie a lot 😳

Awara Pagal Deewana dude how can anyone forget this movie 😕 It was HUGE at that time he songs were every where n the mask nikalo part was a hit everywhere 😛 This was also a surprise hit n Vikram Bhaat used to give lots of interviews back then.

Haseena Maan Jayegiwas quite a success n even today it come on tv non stop🥱 the song what is ur mobile number was a rage back then 😆

Hum Apke Dil mein rehate hain was also a hit the romantic songs were successful n even Kajol was nominated for her role in few award show \

Bandhan was popular...I was in standard 3 or 4 then n my neighbor boy who was in my class use to say this dialoge frm the movie "JO Jijaji bolenge mein wahi karunga" all the time jst changing the jijaji to my name to tease me 😳
