i feel Talaash was always supposed to be a suspense thriller movie but Vidya 's kahaani changed the entire game .because of the unprecedented success of Kahaani they had to tweak the climax which just ruined the whole movie as it was no longer what it was intended to be .Had kahaani not been such a success and its story and climax was not so much spoken about then they would have retained the original ending for talaash
i think Aamir did a mistake by reshooting the climax(if at all the news is true) as climax is the only sore point that ruins the movie somewhere he should have just left the khujli of being a perfectionist for the film's sake .but then at the end of the day he is Aamir khan his movies will reap crores just because of his name but then somewhere the quality of cinema we expect from aamir is compromised 🤔

Its apt title, it would have been a give away-> the proposed title 😆
Ppl wanted to see suspense thriller,...it turned out supernatural thriller...may be thats the point for disappointment?
