Yup I get the idea that SRK has more female fans...and Salman has more male fans...but that doesn't answer the question that why SRK is famous over seas and Salman is more popular in India...We have male NRI's all over the world...and we have females in India...so why wouldn't Salman be equally popular overseas or SRK in India...

I think like some people have mentioned with the kind of movies and the way SRK carries himself in public...is the reason...

it might just be like his female fans are slightly more than his male fans

but he has got many male fans too who copy HIS style and all

I'm from Canada but I've never really liked SRK! his popularity overseas is pretty crazy... witnessed at IIFA 2011 Toronto!
