srk doesnt have diabetes as far as i know. but he had to go theorugh a risky back bone operation thanks to the accident he had during school days while playing soccer. So he is taking medicines, so I heard because of that, he is not taking skin injections due to medical complexities.

I am glad that he is not taking skin injections
