Have to give credit to bhansali for coming with a mature ending

a movie where he talks talks and talks about dying and you show him dead at the end is nothing but typical imo. Thank God he didn't go with it, plus aish was really bad in the scene!

different strokes for different folks

or maybe this movie was made for very sensitive ppl like me only 😕

point to be noted 😊
Different people different taste.

I somewhat agree to an extent that yes the reporter's narrative at the end didn't quite jelled in with an otherwise poetic atmosphere of the movie's climax. But I think the alternate end as a whole was more comprehensible for the paying general public.

btw why u didn't like Ash in the last scene.. she was there just for like 2 or 3 second and that smile with a tear in her eye was for me such a good & relate-able expression with the movie's overall theme. i.e. smile no matter how hard life may.

Yes the message was good, no doubt but aish was just okay. I wish they took vidya in it! she would have suited such a role and nailed it!

oh yeah, u have a very valid point here. Vidya is such a fine and most importantly multi-layered actress who got thousands of expressions for every and any different situation, Kahani is the biggest proof of it.
U r right, Vidya would have created a lot of depth & multishades in that role...but still somehow I think Aish was also not bad... atleast she looked lesser fake in this one.. but yeah. Vidya would have done wonders👍🏼

Exactly tanya. The problem with aish is that she is aish in every movie, i dont feel a character is there, just what i feel about srk, he is always srk in movies never the role baring MNIK may be. Vidya gives you a new person in every movie of hers and guzarish seemed like her cup of tea! she would have been brilliant and movie would have been more impact making, also i think she pulls in more crowd than aish as people trust vidya's choice of movies!

This movie is and will be awesome for me. Everything was perfect in this movie including Ashwariya(One of her few best performance for me) . SLB made this movie from heart unlike sawariya (from mind ). Hritik's performance, Court room drama, every thing was very good for me.

Thanks for sharing this beautiful deleted scenes.
