Not for Kareena. She gave a good performance.

Will slightly effect Madhu but not completely, because he has great movies in past in his kitty. But definitely he should move on from his done to death style.

Heroine will not effect Kareena career in any way. She can do more female centric movies and even if those fail too it won't effect her career.

The one whose career got affected is Madhur. This guy got some hard beating from the media and the critics..

The industry is kinder to men. Look at all those 40+ and 50+ still considered A lister. Is a single 40+ actress in that list? But anyways the flops did start affecting Akshay. He started losing out on endorsement deals. But luckily for him Housefull2 and RR contained the decline.

Granted flops really havent affected her career but can we chalk that upto a lack of competition? When rani and preity were on the downward spiral, the only new actresses around were priyanka and maybe lara? Lara was an OK actress, but priyanka was the main competition in terms of acting. And it did affect her career, she had nothing in her bag except JWM, all her previous movies had been flops and nobody was really paying attention to her, so much so that when aitraaz released and was a hit, it was all about PC and not kareena. BUT this time around theres ALOT more competition and alot less scope in terms of acting for actresses. Even during kareenas flop days, there really wasnt anyone around to replace her with and u couldnt have PC in every movie. Its like being the flavor of the season, shes just had a longerr run than others because she is good. She can fit into traditional and western roles with ease. (whereas an actress like rani couldnt fit into the weatern role and preity in the traditional role).
