I don't think she actually thinks fashion is better.. she's doing it to promote her film.. she's that desperate.. but it's not like PC hasn't taken a dig at kareena's movie before.. while promoting for SKM.. she said the film has dark comedy not the kind of comedy that you see in Golmaal series... don't know her exact words bit she was making fun of Golmaal films ... bebo didn't care but the director of Golmaal was offended lol

Heroine as a film may not be great, but Kareena's performance was awesome! She deserves an award for itt. I just watched it last night.. She totally nailed the second half.

Fashion was a better film though.. And the performances were equally good. Also, the supporting cast of Fashion contributed well to the film unlike Heroine.. (Minus Hooda)

From what I see, Fashion had a story for each model.Although Priyanka was the lead. Kangna, Mughda etc. had well defined roles. However, Heroine, the story revolved only on Kareena and the other characters were not well defined. When Fashion came out Priyanka was not a big star and Madhur probably thought it best to have other characters as well. However, with Heroine, Madhur put the entire focus on Kareena ignoring the other characters... the bipolar disorder, the adoption, the lesbian scene etc. so in terms of the role Kareena had more to do than Priyanka.

The problem with heroine is not how much it has collected, Its the hype which was created making it seem like it will cross over 50 crores alone in the weekend.

I went through some site where there were predictions for heroine. There was three cases best case scenario, moderate and worst and right now the business fits in the worst category

Also fashion was released 4 years back, inflation has taken place since then. 27 crores of that time can easily make above 35 of today's more over fashion had a much lower budget of 18 crores compared to 32 crores of heroine and no one even expected fashion to do business as it was low on hype but heroine was all over!
