TBH the title stumped me at first as you associate 'Jab Tak Hain Jaan' with Hema Malini's song in Sholay. But when I read the poem I felt it was a well thought out title. But since the poem was written by Adi Chopra I think even the title was his doing and not Yash Chopra's. So dont blame Yashji if you dont like the title. The last film which he made on his own without Adi's interference was Darr and that was YC's last film that I loved.
maybe its the case...
but I liked DTPH too immensely despite of all of its "plasticness" and not much meat/sense in the script.. it was way too high on entertainment
Even VEER ZAARA despite of having a GREAT storyline didn't matched upto the beautiful script and felt kinda lousy lousy
I am still looking for that lost yash Chopra of Faasle, Daagh-a poem of love (73), Kabhi Kabhi, Waqt, Dhool ka phool, Mashaal, Silsila, Chandni & Lamhe...
maybe he comeback who knows... but I can see time changes alot of things and most r irreversible.
