Krrish Fails To Beat Fanaa In The UK By A Long Way
By: Abid There have been a lot of predictions about the first week collections of 'Krrish' with respect to those of 'Fanaa'(specially in India) . As we don't believe in numberless , theoretical talks , we prefer to wait for the first week numbers on Saturday . However , we do have the first weekend numbers of both 'Krrish' and 'Fanaa' in the UK , and though 'Krrish' , which has entered the UK Top 10 chart at number 9 , with the highest print average for the week , it has failed to beat 'Fanaa' by a long way .

On to the exact numbers(for the first weekend) , while 'Krrish' collected 210,499 with a print average of 4,576 , 'Fanaa' had collected a huge 784,089 with a big print average of 8,123 .

The scene may just be the opposite in India , but for that we have to wait and watch .

I havent seen Krrish yet, but Fanaa was such a beautiful film, that it would be hard for any film to beat it. So well done Kajol and Aamir for making excellent piece of cinema in Fanaa👏 👏

well i knew in the UK it would not do as well lets see in india how it does but then again in india and stuff the film fanaa was banned in a lot of places werent it?

Thats true yaar, i know it was banned in Gujrat, but it still was a massive Hit in india aswell. It was a shame they couldnt put it on in Gujrat😕

I've watched Fanna and it is a great movie!!

Agreed KANK will beat both. I watched Fanaa in the cinema but for some reason Krrish has no appeal, if i want to see a superhero movie i will wait for the new superman movie.

yay for fanaa! but i dont think kank will beat fanaa. chopra pulls a much larger audience than johar. plus it was kajol in it!!! kajol hasnt been on screen for years and she is with aamir! they have never been seen together. already kank has a mixed response. many ppl dont like the storyline. but dont think i m against kank. i love srk and preity too

i luved fanaa. i really cant wait till kank, i think itz gunna be the best movie of the year.

fanaa was the dumbest movie i have ever seen...krrish by far is the movie of the year..and as for KANK...forget it..another dumb emotional flick by the gayest director karan johar
