Ranbir has done better films and roles because the Hindi film industry has matured a lot now compared to 20 years back when the Khans were younger. The Khans also did some good films during their time with the limitations they had during their time. Thats why they are still around unlike some of their contemporaries.

Well...u also have to take into account that when the khans debuted the typical blockbuster was a pure masala film and thats what the audiences accepted. They wouldve outright REJECTED a barfi had it released 20 years ago. So alot has to do with the changing times and the audiences ability to accept diversity in their movies and actors.

I mean, think about it, would an actor hestitate doing a villanous role? No, but they sure did hesitate doung SRK's role in DARR. so yeah, alot has to do wth the changing times.

Yes he is... Salman khan has been doing films which has only appeal for money...be it Ready of ETT- all were senseless! Shah rukh has been playing safe and is no more experimenting! Just doing his friends movie! Samir ki film to delay hoti rehti hai though I personally like his film a lot! Anyway I would be wrong to say that Ranbir is indeed miles ahead for his role... Comeon look at his roles!!!

In acting he might be! In BO he is far behind even emraan hashmi lol each of the 3 khans gave a blockbuster/huge hit in their debut salman-MPK,aamir-QSQT,SRK- deewana! The khans always had BO success with them and thats why they survived 20 yrs ! Did ranbir gave a clean hit yet? Bah,rockstar were semihits,APKGK was hit cos of katrina's starpower, rajneeti was a multistarrer ! He still has to prove his meddle at the BO lol
