Obviously the first person who comes to mind is Kareena... she has been doing a lot of masala films off late and the "realistic" directors Masand might be hinting at are Reema Katgi and Bhandarkar.

But she doesn't look like a drug addict to me. Unless yeah, she indulges in it only occasionally and has control over it.

Another actress is Anushka but she is still not a big enough name to do such stuff with a big studiohead.
