You don't need to be smart to get into oxford. All Sara has to write in SOP is that her father is a Nawab and an actor. Good enough to get in. I wonder she even gave SAT.

If Anil Ambani can get into Wharton anything is possible. Dhirubhai just donated some millions to the university.

Tadipaar --> Asking someone to leave a city and not enter it for particular period by law.

Anil Kapoor was "tadipaar" in Tezaab movie. Munna was a tadipaar.😊

I don't think you need to give SAT to get admission into Oxford...
most UK schools don't require SAT, unlike American unis

But I don't get it 😕 just because she has legacy... Oxford is like one of the MOST difficult schools to get into.

What's the point?? get a degree in some unusable subject just so you can say you went to 'Oxford' and get in to bollywood... why the pretense and spending all that money, so basically you and you family can be a snob and say, 'Oh, I went to Oxford'. In my opinion, a degree that you won't put to use has no meaning!!

Yeah. I don't think UK has SAT requirements. Heck, Harvard looks more into people than their SAT scores.

I doubt she's capable of finding the X in algebra class... let alone Oxford. 😆

^ it just doesn't make sense

she might be smart or whatever but...
I really can't fathom the idea of it being a 'family tradition" to go to Oxford

If Papa Saif gives a big donation, she can go to any college she wants. Everything is easier for rich people.

She's also an actor's child and having Sara go to your school means a little extra PR in India for the school too. Letting in one student in order to get a lot of word of mouth and advertising in a huge country like India is always helpful. It's the same reason all these international universities give out honors and awards to Bollywood stars.

^ I don't know...
I had a politician's kid classmate... her loaded politician grandfather gave donations to New York University to let her in

She didn't even last a year.
I guess its different cuz that girl was particularly... not intelligent at all

But this donation system can't be THAT easy =/

^NYU is frigging superior!!! I have a friend that go there. even Brown is hard to get in. I doubt any of those rich kids last awhile... unless they started at a private academy to teach themselves to study.
