She is 100% right. If you have talent look and style are secondary things. Kajol, Vidya, konkana has proved it.

On the other hand Sonam kappor has look and style but she still not consider as an actress

What Kajol said is true. But why do I feel Kajol is badly looking for work. She is on a major PR drive these days. A far cry from the Kajol 5 years back. She hardly cared to work then while great films used to be offered on a platter to her. Today she says she wants to work till 70. That sounds more like Kareena not Kajol.
