?? her sister chose to not work after marriage, it is not that people cannot get work after they are married! unless u r saying that saif will turn out to be like Karisma's husband and won't turn out to be a good husband, and will cheat on kareena like he cheated on amrita!?

A sad fate that is indeed.

Hope Kareena keeps a steady head, and whatever she chooses to do, hope she thinks carefully.

I feel that since she's at such a stable spot in her career right now, marriage would not be a bad idea. She has a good number of projects acting as a safety net.

The thing is both Kapoor sisters love the spotlight. Karishma couldnt give it up and walk away especially when she had the feeling that she left when she was still going good. Her mom used to instigate her to push her husband to settle down in Mumbai so that she could pursue her career. That started the problems in her marriage in the first place right from the first year.

She left temporarily but once she got married, that was the end for her.

@nkapoor: Its a well known fact that Karishma really couldnt leave the limelight. Her mother and she thought she can continue in films because TBH when she left she had started declining but wasnt totally over. But to remain in BW one HAS to be in Mumbai. So she first tried to convince Sanjay to settle in Mumbai. He had a well settled family in Delhi along with his business and didnt want to move. By the time her child was born she had already gone to court seeking a seperation. But the couple got a rap from the court for being selfish and not thinking of their small child. Thats when they decided to work out their differences and Karishma seriously tried to make her marriage work. It was Kareena who mainly helped the couple reconcile at that stage while she made Babita stay out of it as she was too interfering. All this was extensively covered by the print media.
Sanjay's cheating and partying ways took a toll after the first reconciliation. But initially he was committed to Karishma while she was more interested in reviving her declining career. I guess once there is a tear in a relationship it rarely gets repaired.

Well she's definitely fully into her work, nothing wrong in it, but yea she's at the right stage of her career now she may feel marriage would cause some sort of hindrance & deflect a charitable consequence. She's not attuned mentally for marriage right now, so it'd be pointless for them to marry, only thing is she's governed by competition & what she sees around her which is normal, but she sometimes takes it to another level, she needs to pull back a bit & think about herself instead of what other people are doing.

i am only interested in heroine more than her, its a film by MB which i can safely would be interesting to watch...now its her life, but i guess she is already married and will not publicly announce until she gets 40
