Kareena has had a jaw surgery done for sure...her face structure wasn't like this in her earlier days!

This is absolute BS. Kareena has always had a square face like her FATHER. and the reason its more defined now compared to her earlier days is because she has aged. As u grow older ur features becom more refined, look at any celebrity who started out that young. When shes fat its less visible, when shes skinny thats all u see on her face.

And her face isnt changing "shapes" its losing and gaining mass. And shes clearly sucking in her cheeks to emphasize her pout...watch the video if u will.

And oval shape is the ultimate face shape, any style would suit it, whereas a square is extremely hard to style. Its very masculine. Why would she go from an oval to a square? I see no benefits.

Having said that, i do believe she got a nose job, her nose wasnt ever this thin.

Go to Desi plastics, her and Karishma's surgeries are easily visible there..

Kareena was said to have gotten a jaw line surgery done after JWM..

Anyway, kareena's arms i doubt would ever really be toned.. arm fat is difficult to loose completely..

no nk its possible my cousin who was healthy almost her whole life she join a gym last year , she had round face since childhood but now after waight loose people can not recegnise her easily her face turned into long face ...coz of extra fat on her cheeks n under her jaw uska face round dikhata tha now she has completlly chang face ...
