naah...dunt think she got surgery done...weight loss can cause a lot of changes to the face...look at arjun kapoor n sonakshi...kareena always had a chubby face...and she had those chubby cheeks in ra.one aswell...If she did get sugery done at tht time, shed had to sit at home for 4 months atleast for tht thing to heal...dunt think kareena ever sat at home for tht long without making any public appearances/shooting...😆

her jaw has changed a lot!! a lot of my family members notice it when they watch her old movies, that shape of her lips are extremely different post 2007 inspire of the weight gain or loss, and one does not have to stay home for months after some Botox or silicon injections
