I am so disgusted at the language and nastiness in this section. Calling someone a "ra$&i" or wh**e seems acceptable here. As people have mentioned why is it so difficult to ignore people who criticize your favorites. I agree that critics have been going overboard too. Calling Salman didi or talking about his supposed hOmsexual tendencies is not funny but neither is it acceptable to call vidya or frieda a wh**e. It has to stop some where. Be the bigger person and ignore.

@ SingularlyGood and ksh... yes, i have... and i do report all those comments... i don't even spare people who i might be friendly with... i look at the comment, not who is posting... people who know me well know this already... mods have taken action too, when they come online... but it seems ke kuch loogon ki izzat jaati hai to report... some even have made snide comments in the past and say it with pride ke they never report... i ignore such silly things, because nowhere in the world, you are allowed to abuse your freedom of speech...
try calling names to someone in public... don't go crying then when you are booked under verbal assault...
herd mentality is everywhere... not only with critics but with fans as well... appointing blame on one party is NOT going to solve problem... are we in kindergarden...? oh, he started it... that's pretty lame, if you ask me...
wrong is wrong, no matter what... you can't justify it, simple as that... ghalti ki hai to admit bhi karo... bahaana mat do...

Its ok to be a fan but not a blind fan who ceases to see any fault in their Idol. How is it justified that every time some news about their fav idol is out its rigged or baseless rumor but at the same time its truth in the case of the actor they don't like? The abusive language used here is getting out of hand. An eye for an eye is the motto here.

I miss the old BS forum. Things were much calmer. No one hardly made personal remarks but now using abusive words and getting personal is just what it's all about. I miss the old days I swear :(

I love how both the haters and the fans are pointing fingers at how rude and abusive the other group is. The truth is both sides are as bad as the other. Both spend too much time obsessing about things that really have no effect on them.

Why do the haters care what the fans do? So what if someone wants to spend all day loving a celebrity? Let them! It's of no concern to you. Just ignore the posts and move on. Debate with them if you must but deliberately riling up people for fun is immature and plain stupid.

Same goes for the superfans. If someone criticizes your favorite, who cares! You don't have to run to defend every little thing as if your life depended on it.

Fans get personal and Touchy because they think they own the star they like and thus have to go all out to protect them but what they seem to forget that on the other side there can be a similar person with similar sentiments for another star its like main karoon to theek doosra kare to not acceptable.Plus Ppl have so much free time on hand and are personally so frustrated sumwhere that what better way than to come and vent it out in the virtual world where it dusnt matter cause no one knows the real you and for some its just sheer pleasure that they derive by hurting someone else's feeling or by hitting upon someone else's raw nerve

And the funniest bit is that bollywood section members make so much fun of the phangurls that exist on those soap forums when they themselves sumwhere are no better or are probably worse

You have nailed it here Sanam. Exactly my point...use the report button. But no...you have to tackle things yourself.

because I guess one celebrity loves another celebrity because they see a part of themselves in them..however it gets annoyaning when a fan choses to ignore the most dominant trait of their fav it is like living in denial!

Why not just ignore it? Dont like a fan's opinion? Dont read it. Same applies to critics.
