What is lacking in PRIYANKA to be NUMBER ONE?!!

I think this is a valid topic to discuss right now. Priyanka always had the potential to go to number one. She is good-looking, a competent actress, a good fan following, etc. But, she didn't have the aggressive personalities like Kat and Kareena. Kat hardly is not as good as Priyanka and she gets all the Yash Raj films with Salman, Aamir, and SRK. Priyanka just got one lousy role in that ridiculous PYAR IMPOSSIBLE with Uday Chopra. It is because Priyanka got to close to SRK and perhaps Aditya didn't want to take a risk with that I guess. But, I know Priyanka is more deserving, if not better to have landed that lead role in Yash Chopra's film instead of KAT. And she could have done Dhoom 3, no problem. As for Kareena, she may have been in the movies longer, but Priyanka proved her mettle and could have done RA1/Bodyguard easily! Or Heroine! Priyanka is stuck with lacklustre fare like Tere Mere Kahaani (sureshot flop) or a Zanjeer (with a unknown face). She has no films with the Khans and her only big release in 2013 is KRIISH 3. But, that is eons from now! 😕 I think it is an injustice that this talented girl could have had more potential hits and memorable performances. I wish she had stayed away from those affairs and Akshay even doesn't want to work with her! Do you think she has anything worthwhile after 2013?

Its not about what she is lacking ,its about what she has gained = loads of plastic.

its the film she picks she is picky likes to do different films & the only star she goes gaga for is SRK other stars will praise anyone to get on their good side she usually doesn't

She doesnt suck up to stars, doesnt put up a fake persona, and does roles she finds interesting as opposed to sureshot hits.

Priyanka could have easily done Yash Chopra's next. 😭 From the way it is described, it doesn't sound earth-shattering. I bet anyone could have done Kat's role. Or Dhoom 3. If Aish can do Dhoom 2, Priyanka could have rocked Dhoom 3. And what about SLB? Why couldn't he have casted her in RAM LEELA? Priyanka is being ignored from the big banner roles. She is stuck with Tere Mere Kahaani. Even Deepika or Sonam could have done that role! 😕😡

well PC lacks the BO support that katrina has now days you have to be in the 100 cr club to be noticed bc these productions companies want a guaranteed BO success & if you dont have the record to show it they will not consider u PC has the acting down she needs to pick films that can get her BO success agneepath helped a bit hopefully krrish 3 can add to it

Bt I dun kno y these Khans dunt offer her any roles... I mean come on dey need to b professional n look @ her acting ( which I personally feel is secobd best aftr Vidya... its onli her plastic face dat ruins my mood) bt I feel her n Vidya can never b number one cz dey dunt belong to a filmi family background or have a godfather... dese 2 work on dere own terms which sadly male-dominated bwood isnt ready to accept

She lags behind in the BO department mainly. For the last few years, her films have been failing left and right at the BO, barring Don 2 and Agneepath recently, while her contemporaries Katrina and Kareena have been part of huge successes. Hence, she gets overlooked by the big production houses for their big films. She could have done Dhoom 3 quite easily...and I think she only did Pyaar Impossible to get into YRF's good books in hopes of bigger films..but they're a sinking ship and only care about trying to make money..hence Katrina is their heroine, and Priyanka loses out. Out of the 3: Kareena, Katrina, and Priyanka, she established herself as the go-to girl for the "challenging roles" but Vidya overtook that title..and the backlash has forced Kareena to come back to the challenging roles so now Priyanka has more competititon there too.
