Kareena getting profit sharing for Heroine is no big deal. It was actually Aishwarya that struck that deal and Kareena just got it as a default. It's not like she would settle for anything less than what Ash got.

It also doesn't guarantee that she's going to make much money. These kind of deals are usually for small films that cannot afford to pay for big stars. They get a very small amount or *nothing* at the beginning and then IF the movie is a big hit, they get a small percentage from the profits. For that though, the movie has to make a lot of money first. If it flops, the profit sharing actors make NOTHING.
