I find Akshay to be genuinly modest and even Ajay Devgun...in the sense, that they look pretty much unaffected by all their success and adulation! Or in anycase, don't let it get over their heads! Emraan Hashmi, Ranbir Kapoor, Imraan Khan and Abhay Deol are also the new breed of actors, who prefer to let their work do the talking!😊
I find Saif to be pretty chilled out about himself too!
It would be a tough call amongst the heroines...Vidya, I think is modest to a certain extent and so is Deepika (not sure, if she has a choice or not!😉) Priyanka sounds humble, but she also sounds very fake to me!😕
Katrina, I find to be quite down-to-earth, if you see her stupendous career graph! She might not be acknowledged as an actress, but her star-power is unquestionable! Yet, she maintains a deliberate low-profile and doesn't gloat too much about her long list of commerically successful films!
Earlier, I used to find Madhuri Dixit to be endearingly down-to-earth and truly modest about her success!
But amongst all, I find Big B to be very humble about his achievements...I know, he overdoes the humility part sometimes...but I really think that he is pretty grounded about all that he has achieved and the status he has in the Industry!

I don't know about the sincere part..I really haven't seen Salman boasting about his success/hits..but for some reason I just don't find the guy modest.

@Starstruck,
Even I don't find Salman to be modest...I think he is quite generous when it comes to praising others, but not really modest about himself! Which is fine...as long as you don't pretend to be humble, when you really are not!
There is nothing wrong with being proud of one's achievements, but humility is one trait that is universally appreciated and valued!
That is one reason, why I respect Hollywood actors! They can be multiple-time Oscar winners or the most recognized faces across the globe, yet you will hardly find them in a self-glorification mode in interviews and public appearances!
There was an interview of a child artist from the Slumdog Millionaire cast who spoke about her experience of meeting with Merly Streep at the Oscars...and she said that when she had gone to take an autograph from the legendary actress, quite scared that she might be rebuffed or snubbed...instead Meryl took out her autograph book and asked for a sign from the child actress, saying that she loved her work in the film!

I'd have to say Akshay Kumar.. the man's a superstar and he barely ever brags about it or flaunts it around.

And I also add John Abraham as well. He is pretty modest as well and doesn't overpraise himself! 😳
