So you can imagine my excitement when I first came to know sushant has bagged this role ... 😆

I just posted the same. He is very fortunate. There are only a handful of TV stars who even managed to get a decent break let alone be allowed to continue in films after that break. For instance dunno what will happen to Pulkit now that his first film bombed. Few others like Jennifer Winget, Shilpa Anand got some B grade movies which never released.

I think the poster is amazing!!! And its indeed heartening to see that new blood is being welcomed in Bollywood.

Being Sushant's fan, I am delighted that he has grabbed such a meaty role for his debut. From all the signs till now, Sushant seems to be the frontrunner among the trio and Ishaan in itself was the most interesting character of the novel. I don't think Sushant's previous role as Manav will hamper his chances to start afresh in films, Indian audience has come a long way.

I assume Abhishek Kapoor would have brought considerable changes to give the story a cinematic feel. His last Rock On was a masterclass screenplay wise.

Do not know much about Amit Sadh as an actor but Raj Kumar Yadav was extremely promising in Love Sex and Dhoka.

Like the rest of the crew too, Amit Trivedi gave brilliant music to Dev D and Aamir. His song Iktaara was my favourite number from Wake Up Sid.

So in all, eagerly waiting for the film. Quite obviously actually!

I hope this helps...its basically a phrase used by kite-fliers when they cut each other's kites. I guess its been chosen as the title as a metaphor to a certain sequence in the film.
