'Only Salman Khan can be Tiger'

April 24, 2012, (Sawf News) - Salman Khan on Tuesday, April 24, returned on set for the next schedule of Ek Tha Tiger with the film's director Kabir Khan telling his Twitter fans that none other than Salman could have pulled off the role of Tiger in the film.

"Started shooting with Salman today after a long break... Did some fun scenes :-)" Kabir Khan tweeted on Tuesday.

After the Mumbai, production will shift on location in Bangkok. The film will wrap in the beginning of June.

Salman and Katrina Kaif were last on set together for Ek Tha Tiger in Havana for a month plus schedule that ended February 18.

Production commenced in Dublin in early September, followed by schedules in Turkey, Delhi and Cuba.

Producers Yash Raj Films will release a teaser of Ek Tha Tiger with their upcoming film Ishaqzaade on May 11. The over a minute long teaser will whet the appetite of Salman fans, hopes Kabir.

A Theatrical trailer will follow in July.

Kabir recently told his Twitter fans that only Salman could have carried off the role of Tiger in the film.

Talking about the intensity of the action in the film, Kabir assured Salman fans that it will be "Truly World class.. I guarantee that :-)"

So far YRF have released just one poster for the film that shows a gun toting Salman Khan with his back to the camera gazing at a city standing from atop of a high rise building with armed helicopters patrolling the skies.

The tag line reads - All his life he fought for his country, this time he will fight for his love.

Kabir Khan has assured Katrina fans anxious to know about her role that it's a significant one, meatier than the one she had in his earlier film, New York.

"Katrina has an even better role in ETT than she had in New York."

Ek Tha Tiger will release in theaters on the Eid weekend, August 17. The film will be the first release of the year for both Salman and Katrina.
