hey guys! how r u all doing?
Media upsets Hrithik
Hrithik Roshan is a worried man. No, not on account of the soon-to-be released Krissh but because of the repercussions of his support of Aamir Khan. Hrithik is one of the few stars in Bollywood who unambiguously and boldly defended Aamir, calling his persecution unjust and undemocratic. However, a section of the media has taken his remarks out of context and attributed anti-Bharatiya Janata Party remarks to him.
"What I said was as a citizen of a biggest democracy in the world. In my statement I advocated the rights of the people and it is with that feeling and conviction that I stand by Aamir Khan. I am not a politician and have nothing against any political party and I have never mentioned the word BJP in any of my statements. My stand is for the democratic rights of every citizen that all good Indians must adhere to that includes all political parties," he explains.
"I stand by Aamir, but I am deeply pained to read the misrepresentation of my statements which have been unnecessarily over emphasised and sensationalised," he says. With Krissh coming up for release, he is concerned that his remarks should not be misconstrued and in any way threaten the prospects of the film.
