In a forum where I suppose 99% of the members are brown its surprising to see such comments jeering at browns and others egging on such comments. If I am not wrong majority of the crowd in post graduate programs in the USA are browns. So obviously they would all land up to watch a brown star.

I seriously loved the speech...watched the whole 27 minute video without feeling the need to skip...it was nice how he incorporated the whole "lesson for students" with his own experiences. He admitted so many things honestly like the bit about success, failure, the way his kids are with him etc. Very interesting speech ...I actually found my eyes moistening towards the end of it all. However he may be, I guess I still love my SpaRKy! <3

It was sad how all the attention was diverted to the detention thing...

It is not about being brown or black or white...its about using one's brains to determine if something is worth ur time or not...Yale is the topmost college not only of USA but the entire world...it is extremely difficult to get into Yale or any other Ivy league...now someone who is smart enough to get into Yale would also be smart enough to decide if listening to SRK would be a waste of time or not...so if the brown ones went there they obviously thought that SRK is worth their precious time...period..

My mom watched his lecture 4 times already. She made me watch it tooo. As always, Shahrukh was very articulate and eloquent (I didnt get the kama sutra bit though?). After Amitabh, only Shahrukh has the skills to speak publicly without sounding like an idiot.

He is an excellent orator, but these days i don't find his interviews and speeches to be that great, the way i used to find them earlier. Its basically all rehashed material from his old interviews, biographies and other things. He doesn't sound exciting anymore and his old enthusiasm and energy has just gone. His eyes look dead and lost.

I kinda agree, he isnt as enthusiastic as before but ladygaga, I met him a few months before and his eyes are the deepest cups of emotion I have ever seen! I swear to God, I cant believe how mesmerizing he is. I mean, I always likes SRK but never was crazy about him or anything. But when I met him I dont know what happened. His eyes are beautiful...and he STARES deepinto your eyes when he talks to you. No wonder people find him so charming 😍 My mom kinda went mental after meeting him.
