Even if a rule is made,it won't stop people from creating polls.Plus,the mods can't be here 24*7 so people can create polls within the time the mods aren't there,and Bollywood forum has a lot of visitors,the polls can get quick responses.

I really think no one can stop such polls,even if made a rule.Plus,it isn't fair,IF is a forum and opinions are welcomed here,either though posts or polls.The only thing we can do is to ignore them if it irritates us and try bringing important posts up by commenting on them so that it pushes these polls down.Its not only Maddy or Mandy,let us all do that,so that the important topics aren't pushed to the second page. :)

If you want to take anything out, then take these games out, in which members and actors are equally bashed, in the name of game.
Game: Swap the actor with the member
