Kareena. I used to outright hate her during her early days, and then it turned into just a 'meh, don't really care about her'. But after coming to IF i've grown to like her. I started noticing her as an actress, enjoyed reading her sillier interviews and also started seeing her as quite beautiful and attractive.(When i was younger i 100% thought she looked like a bitchy drag queen - yes, that's how much I didn't like her).

haaah Erotic. At first i thought he was an internet troll (with a name like Erotic what was I supposed to think lmao) - Then I thought he was a she - thought he was a major fangirl of aishwarya. I think I only found out this summer that erotic was a guy lmao.

However, I have very different opinion of Sonam Kapoor. I found her stunningly beautiful in saawariya and considered her as next big thing. Sadly, she is neither the next big thing, nor in the running for one.

Coming to members, there are certain members that I really didn't like in the beginning and it had stayed the same as of now. However, Maddy has been super informative about bollywood and in general. :)

It is only after joining I-F did I really realize what Bollywood really is. Before I joined I-F, I thought BW was all and only about glamour, glitz, happiness, the life, positive attention, happiest celebrities, and all that good and extravagant stuff. I-F changed my view on Bollywood, pretty much. I've come to realize within the past few years since I've been reading stuff on the BW forum that BW also has another side to it - the side with messed up relationships, annoying interviews of celebs, politics within, all that other negative/annoying stuff which we read about on here, and as corny/dramatic as it may sound...all that glitters is not gold.

All that being said, I still love Bollywood. Call me whatever you may. 😆 I look forward to every other movie with excitement. Sure, the industry has changed ALOT over the years in terms of many aspects, but that hasn't really affected me. Yeah, I criticize many movies, songs, celebs, cannot look at some of them in the same way again, etc. but at the end of the day, I still love me some Bollywood. Lol I guess it's the larger than life picture BW portrays through its movies with nach, gaana, melodrama, pretty desi outfits, etc. that I seem to like. There may be many bakwaas movies, but then there are also a handful of good movies as well.

It's weird actually. In my entire family (and it's a prettty big khandaan we have), I'm prolly the only BW fan. Nobody else really cares about any movies anymore. Every Friday it's me who drags so many family members to the theater so we can all watch a movie together. I do get in trouble for taking people to bakwaas movies half the time, but that's a whole different story altogether. 😆 I say it's weird (or ironic?) because they don't know half the nasty shit I know about BW (all thanks to I-F), yet, I'm still the biggest fan of the industry in general. That's just how it is.

I concur on this about members.

Coming to celebs BS was an eye opener to me in terms of seeing behind the facade of happy marriages of old married couples like Big B-Jaya, Rishi-Neetu, Malaika-Arbaaz, SRK-Gauri, Akshay-Twinkle, Anil Ambani-Tina Ambani and most of all Ajay-Kajol. Like most of the Indian public I believed what was presented to me that despite their ups and downs these couples are happy together. The biggest revelation was definitely Ajay. There were always rumours of his affairs but they usually died down after a film release so I never believed them. But he really is the smartest of them all.

Fans need to express themselves and let off steam..or they are not fans and wouldn,t be haunting this forum for years..I feel 90% come back with MIDs..
