i don't feel a bit as if she has undergone plastic surgery this time too . may be her cheeks are swollen are just because of taking good nutrition or climate of Darzling suited her there .

She friggin looks the same.. Even if people see her make 2 appearances on the same
Day they say oh she got a new surgery done..
Sure she's done A LOT of work on her face, but in the past months I haven't seen any changes besides the swollen/puffy cheeks.

She looked so gorgeous during WYR/Fashion/Kaminey days, why did she have to go and play around with her face? :( The surgery did not do any good to her looks. She looked better without the surgery
