But i agree that she certainly does not need the money, it would have been wise of srk to just have accepted the recognition and passed on the money to the runner up...

Agree with you!! Leave the child alone.. She is too young to be pulled into our gossips. Every child likes to be recognised for her talent and just because she is SRK's daughter doesnt make her any different. And I dont understand the title😲

SRK probably told them you give my child scholarship then I will keep donating money to the school or else forget it😛

But really if she deserved then good for her and if she did not then shame on the school!

geez...

When SRK was schooling, he was awarded back to back for few years as the best all round student in Delhi for his excellent achievements in sports and writing as a student...now people will say he bought awards for himself while he was no body too.

I am sure, his children has his genes too.

why aiming a child, bash an adult star, dont pick their children.

She is just another participant, why people are such unmature and rude, it's her achievement and not a diva. just another girl. This is getting ridiculous.

what they do with that money is upto her..

Just because SRK doesn't give money infront of a camera doesn't mean, he doesn't do charity..I know he does donate lot of money to cancer patients and small girls who dont have funds for education.

whatever, bash SRK as much as you want, wait till their children pass atleast 18 years to drag them and bash them or down ride their achievements.

leave poor children of stars, they are still under age minors. Sad!!

This is not about the child. I already mentioned in my OT I do not not begrudge the child. This is about the status of a Bollywood star making it easy for the child.

You don't understand the title? What about it don't you understand?

Pits: Limits/heights
Banal: lacking originality
Asskissing: Bending over backwards to please the high and mighty.

This isn't exactly about the child even though it has to do with her. This is about a bollywood star's status in society making life easy for the child by potentially suppressing the other deserving candidates. Maybe just maybe there were other deserving candidates?

I don't see why this topic is taboo. We discuss worse things here.

This time around though, I'm pretty sure there are many more deserving students who are in dire need of that money than she'll ever be. So, this seems a little appalling. A scholarship by definition is an award of financial aid given to recognize merit. She does NOT NEED the aid. That's my main bone of contention.

In my first post i also said that she didn't need the scholorship for the money...read above...But she wasn't the only one receiving the scholorship as can be seen from the photo above, like i said above it would have been wise and fair or the organisers and srk to pass the money to someone else and give the recognition to suhena, if she really deserved it...

How do you know that the star made it easy for the child?
And thanks for the english lesson. As you know the meaning, how does the title map with what the article said? Yes SRK buys awards for himself but don't try to tarnish a child'sreputation with no proof.

Dex😆 I love your new username damn it's so good!!!

So...it means he's pumping people offscreen too just so he can get more awards eh? Don't like it when celeb's kids get so much attention there are more talented kids out there why favour more towards a child who's got a famous dad?

Did I accuse SRK of buying the award? Do you seriously not understand the implication of my title or the post or are you playing coy to mock me with your high handed behavior? 🥱

Banal asskissing as in the school is bending over backwards to please the high and mighty SRK. It does not necessarily mean he paid them off. Perhaps, they want to be in his good books so they decided to give it to her. Favors taken and given without asking, pleading or threatening. Why so appalled? Happens all the time. You donate a block or piece of art in the Harvard** library, you're pretty sure to get your chances escalated by 60% to be in fall 2012 entry list. Plain and simple.

***: was used as an example before someone decides to take it literally again. 🥱
