The outfit that started it all

Ameeha Patel's saree does seem to have a mind of its own. No wonder Sanju baba got all protective

Ameesha Patel reportedly got an earful from Sanjay Dutt at a party in Goa, where her outfit (above) raised quite a few eyebrows. But this is not the first time the actress has caused a flutter with her sartorial choices. A cursory look at these pictures taken from her recent public outings and film still show, Patel, who has been trying to crawl back to the limelight, has figured out a way of drawing attention to her toned body.

Blue, pink, red or black, Ameesha's obsession with the bikini blouse and the barely-there pallu is inexplicable. The blue saree, for instance, is a rage online, with bloggers voting this look as their favourite Ameesha drape.

Even in her movies, Ameesha refuses to give up the bikini blouses. For Chatur Singh 2 *, the actress ended up sporting the same choli and saree that she wears to events and functions. Though one generally expects a little more variety in any star's wardrobe, Ms Patel refuses to oblige.

I'm gonna have to think of this as Sanjay Dutt's attempt at fashion policing. Amisha's style of wearing sarees is a major fashion crime after all.

the thing is, the sari she sported at the wedding is typical her, and it isnt the first time shes worn it, so whats with the protectiveness?
