karishma is very petite. So she probably is a size 4/size 'zero' right now, I think she looks really unhealthy though. Kareena has never been a size 4. I dont believe it. At best a very lean UK size 8/12.

U might not of noted that I was joking and would not like to further insinuate that she indulges in bulimic activity. Saying that I am aware what bulimia can do to your teeth and have worked in restoration of teeth / removal / root canals / crowns you name it. A little heads up most of the celbs you see have had extensive work done on there teeth, Under the umbrella of cosmetic dentistry. Another tip many celbs have eating disorders - but u don't have to be a dentist to know that bit!
