Clearly, Bebo's sense of humor went unappreciated and people took her literally 😆

Anyways, Kareena has maintained that she never starved herself. ANd one of the reasons why she collaborated with her dietician to launch two books was to get rid of that myth.

I mean, if someone is writing a chapter or two in a book like this, I'm sure htey have something more substantial to say then, "Starve yourself, drink orange juice, throw up"

The book also has a detailed schedule of her diet and how it varies with location, altitude (oxygen levels, etc), and role.

But I suppose we tend to believe the worst in these celebrities (except when your favorite is involved, then everything is peachy and rosy. Hence Karisma is an angel who can do no wrong except get misguided by her evil, arrogant, stupid, dimwitted younger sister who is the devil reincarnate) so carry on.

And the people who blame Kareena for being such a terrible influence, clearly missed the many interviews of the many celebrities who said how Kareean got them into yoga and a healthy lifestyle.

Not everyone is the same. Karisma looks good the way she is. She's always been in shape though. She can look good being healthy or skinny

Kareena looks good with weight on because of her face, it doesn't look good being skinny.
