Will You Marry Me? is an upcoming hindi romantic comedy starring Shreyas Talpade, Rajeev Khandelwal , Mughda Godse, Celina Jaitley, and Muzammil in lead roles.

The film is about a beach wedding. It was shot in several locations including Dubai in the UAE, Bangkok Thailand

The film centres around three friends who love their bachelorhood so much that they place a bet among themselves that whoever decides to marry first will lose a huge amount in shares that were contributed by all three. All is well until one decides to take the plunge and make a commitment.

Mugdha Godse is excited about her three upcoming Hindi films and the Marathi remake of Laadla where she reprises the role of Sridevi.
You did not have any release last year, but 2012 looks like an eventful year for you. How does it feel?
My last film Help released in 2010. In 2011, I was busy shooting for films that will be hitting the screens this year. I am looking forward to three Hindi films. They are Rumi Jaffry's Gali Gali Chor Hai, Will You Marry Me with Rajeev Khandelwal and Shreyas Talpade and Afra Tafri, a multi-starrer with Govinda, Suniel Shetty, Aarya Babbar, Uvika Chaudhary and Gulshan Grover.
What's happening to your film Will You Marry Me, which has been ready for a long time?
It is finally going to release this year. A romantic comedy with Rajeev Khandwal and Shreyas Talpade as my co-stars, it is a film shot on the lines of destination weddings, which means getting married away from home.

There hasn't been ONE Rajeev movie that has disappointed me so far. From Aamir to Soundtrack. I sure do hope this one doesn't break this chain of mine...but it looks like it will. This is an okay-ish trailer. Not much to it.

&& Ohmygosh! I absolutely love Mugdha! Someone please offer this girl some good roles. She has such great potential!
