I agree, this forum has its favourites and sometimes the bashing some stars receive is unfair. Plus, there are some stars who don't get bashed for the most idiotic things that they do, but instead get comments like, Aww how adorable and genuine is my cutiepie, Aww the way she bitches about other actresses is so real, just like the way I do about my classmates, Aww look she is sucking err.. her thumb just like me when I was 3 years old. 😆

But at the same time, it's not right to call members names. Members and celebrities are different.. Celebrities are public figures.. they will be criticized or praised.. you should not be so sensitive or touchy about it! 😉

Everybody here knows how difficult it is for someone to get a film. So for an actress who has been written off and who is 'too old' to be a heroine by industry norms, having 6 releases in a single year is a great achievement in iteself. Even if one or two movies out of those 6 movies click, Amisha ki toh nikal padi! 👏

So bottomline is, none of these comments will decide the fate of Amisha's films. If people say all those movies will flop, let them say it! The outcome won't depend on it. In fact, if the trailers are appealing and the film gets good reviews, these will be the first people to put their butts in those seats to watch her movies! 😆

And this topic is a hit already, so the omen is good! 😃

Why target Ameesha?

I have to agree with the person who posted on this one...hating for just hating is just plain childish.

Obviously, Ameesha does not have any backing from big names or families from the film industry... but she was once famous and she is trying to make a comeback.

She is working hard at it...why not give her credit for that...6 releases for a comeback is not bad at all, and none us has seen those movies yet to discredit her...why don't we wait and see before tearing her apart?

I have nothing against these actresses but I'm just trying to make a point here:
how many releases does Rani have in 2012...how many does Karishma has...what about Preity?...how about the once queen of bollywood Madhuri for that matter?

Ameesha is doing well for herself...It's not even that I'm crazy about her...but it just irked me how people automatically start trashing her just because she not Kat or Kareena, or PC...and all she did was announce that she has 6 releases.

you make a very good point.

The reason why most of the forum member dislike Ameesha so much is because of her rude behaviour with one of the forum's most liked members sweet-cocoa. She was apparently very rude with her when SC was a child.

I guess a lot of my dislike for Ameesha is because of that reason. If not, if you actually look at it Ameesha is nothing but Kareena without the 'Kapoor' tag.
