Gracy's role in Lagaan-the original choice was amisha patel...amir always wntd 2 work with her since he had seen an interview of hers n watched KNPH, bt wasnt sure if it wud b accepted by the audience 4 her 2 go from a glamourous role 2 typical village girl hence they signed gracy instead

Kajol and SRK were offered 3Idiots, but it was a different script from what actually got made. Originally Hirani's screenplay was EXACTLY the same as the book Five Point Someone. But he then re-wrote it and changed things around after SRK and Kajol left I think..Kajol I believe didn't think the character had much scope...and SRK has big problems with Vidhu Vinod Chopra so left..Hirani and him really want to work together but I don't think its going to happen because of VVC' and SRK's problems

I had no idea Kajol was offered Dil Se, Khamoshi...Shakti was an awful film through and through..Karisma was good but that was a really unbearable movie. Glad Kajol said no! As for KANK, I'm glad she stuck to her beliefs and said no because she hated Maya's character even though KJO and SRK tried their very very best to convince her and were SUPER upset with her when she wouldn't budge...especially after she signed Fanaa opposite Aamir 😆

LOL so basically Kareena has been offered everything Priyanka's done 🤪 7KM is NOT true..Priyanka was the first and final choice for that film. Never heard of KK being offered AA either 😆

Rani's role was offered to Ash and Rani was finalised for Amisha's role. and then when Ash refused Rani was given her role.

@bold...thts wt im happy abt..any other actress wud hav jumped at the opportunity 2 work with srk,kj n big b, bt kajol didnt...thts 1 thing i like abt kajol...she actually gives preference 2 her character n role...regardless of whether or nt the movie works at least she herself neva regrets duin a movie she has dne😃

@red... i disagree...altho it was ruthless n al tht, i loved nana n karishma's acting n i believe their presence made the movie bearable...didnt like the gruesome side of life they showed back in rural areas n the thinking too bt the acting kept me glued while watching the film... there wer times i was like ewww no (i.e. wer he was beating up karishma 4 running away) but still they (nana and karishma) rocked til the last minute... 👏👏👏⭐️⭐️⭐️

Erm I am sorry but that is not correct.

Aamir said how he requested Rani to do Heera's role & Rani did it even though she was less on dates & she later said that she can never say no to Aamir. It was Amisha's role that was given to Aishwarya and she refused.

Erm, I am not sure about Amisha but Rani was definitely the first choice but she couldn't do due to date problems. Rani even accepted in a recent interview that she regrets not doing Lagaan.
